Dave Edwards & Dave Edwards Realty

Dave Edwards extensive travel overseas to Australia, Papua New Guinea, South Korea, Costa Rica, Albania, Kosovo, and other places has assisted him in helping clients from many different backgrounds and cultures.

Dave and his wife Amy currently live in the Taylors area and they have a daughter who was born in Octobter 2010. They have both been involved in the community in many different ways through volunteering and serving with multiple boards and organizations. They are both believers in Jesus Christ and are members of North Hills Community Church.

Dave graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate and holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He previously worked for an accounting firm in downtown Greenville before starting his own profitable business in real estate. Amy also holds a degree in Accounting.

Dave is proud of his brother, who currently serves in the United States Marine Corps, sister, who currently serves in the United States Navy, and for his father-in-law, uncles, grandfather, and other family members who have formerly served in our military.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with Amy, playing rugby, reading, hiking, traveling, volunteering in the community, and working on projects around the home.

After working with Keller Williams Realty for the past three years Dave decided to open up his own real estate company. There are two main reasons for opening up his own office:

• Transitioning into a real estate consultant - As an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE), Dave sees the need for the real estate industry to change from simply selling property to being fiduciary consultants in all areas of real estate for clients. 
• To be full service with affordable fees - As a trained accountant, Dave believes that the traditional method of being able to only pay a commission to sell a home is out-dated. There are also many other needs that people have relating to real estate then just buying or selling a home. I believe in providing full service, fiduciary counsel, and professionalism to all of my client's.
